Frensham Cricket Club Summer Cricket School 2011
Frensham Cricket Club has two expertly tended cricket squares and a brand new, professional quality three-lane netting facility.
Frensham Cricket Club has teamed up with specialist coaching company Supersportz to offer an exciting week-long cricket school in the first week of August 2011.
Open to girls and boys between 6 and 15 years old, participants will enjoy professional coaching at the idyllic grounds of Frensham Cricket Club near Farnham. Excellent facilities include newly developed three-lane practice nets, and two expertly tendered cricket squares.
Children can participate for the entire week, or for just a single day of your choosing. Frensham Cricket Club membership IS NOT required.
All coaches are ECB qualified and CRB checked. The course will cover all aspects of cricket – batting, bowling, fielding, and match play. It will develop all participants skills in a positive, safe and enjoyable environment.
Groups will be divided up into age and ability. All groups will be small to ensure quality coaching.
Supersportz is directed and run by Caroline & James Phillips. James has over a decade of experience coaching children and holds an ECB Level II coaching qualification.
Dates and Times
Coaching runs from Tuesday 2nd August to Friday 5th August, 9:30am to 3:30pm.
A single day costs £30. All four days costs £90.
What to Bring
Please bring any cricket equipment you have.
Snacks, drinks and proper sun protection (e.g. hat and sun screen) are highly recommended.
Frensham Cricket Club was founded in 1899. Its 70+ youth members are coached by Supersportz.
Lunch, drinks and snacks may be purchased on-site. Provision has been made for wet weather.
